Whether you are waiting for a letter or parcel, we will ensure you receive your mail using tracked mail delivery services.

International option are available upon request.

All orders are made and fulfilled between 1-2 weeks with the UK. International orders are subject to additional time as per mail service providers delivery times.

Accepted Payment Methods: We currently accept payment via PayPal (Credit/Debit cards).

When Am I Charged? You will be charged right away.

Promo Codes: Promo codes are offered by periodically and can be applied at check by clicking the “I have a promo code” option under at the checkout stage.

All goods remain the property of Original Digital Art until the invoice is paid in full.

Use only secure sites. Look for a URL address beginning with https:// instead of http://. Look also for a closed padlock on the web browser’s address bar – by clicking or double-clicking on it you will be able to see details of the site’s security.

Orders & Returns

You can use a PC/Laptop or any mobile device to place an order. We endeavour to ensure our site is compatible with every browser, so ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

Use the Track Your Order link found on every store. This will let you know how close you are to receiving your order. If you don’t have you order number, you can find it in your confirmation email.

If your order was marked as delivered by your mail carrier, we kindly ask that you reach out to them, as there is a chance they may be holding the package for you.
